Dr. Mihran Asinmaz
I’m Dr. Mihran Asinmaz, and I am a dentist in West Palm Beach, Florida. I was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Boca Raton, Florida with my family at the age of 10. I love living in South Florida and am happy to call it home for me and for my dental office!
Dentistry is My Passion
First and foremost, I consider it an honor and a privilege to provide dental care for my patients. Many of my patients say to me, “I couldn’t imagine being a dentist, how do you do it???” Quite honestly, I love being a dentist and could not imagine doing anything else! You know that cliché “find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life?” Well, I am very fortunate and blessed to say that I have found that job!
My dental office’s ethics are plain and simple: I treat every patient the same way I would want to be treated, and I take pride in the fact that I am a conservative clinician. I respect that some patient treatment plans require a wait-and-see approach, while other patient treatment plans require more immediate treatment.
My dental office is built on mutual patient-doctor trust, confidence, and respect. One quality that I think is a requirement of being a great dentist is the ability to listen to what a patient is telling you and then developing a treatment plan together with the patient.
I’m at the Forefront of Dental Education
I enjoy dedicating many hours to continuing education to be at the forefront of the most modern and up-to date treatments, techniques, and materials in dentistry. I think it is absolutely imperative to have a working knowledge of every option my team and I can present to my patients for us to make the best possible decisions together.
Background and Dental Education
As a high schooler, I was admitted into the world renowned International Baccalaureate program (IB) at Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, Florida. My wife Skye and I still live there today and absolutely love it!
I attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management and then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University where I earned the Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree.
After completing my dental school education, my commitment to excellence took me to New York, where I completed a rigorous General Practice Residency (GPR) in the prestigious North Shore – Long Island Jewish Health System. This advanced training has given me much of the foundational knowledge I needed to start providing the complex dental treatment that I do today.

Personal Interests
When I am not treating patients, I enjoy playing ice hockey, golf, the guitar, and spending time with my best friends, my wife Skye Dyer, my beautiful son Waylen Stone and my baby girl Lennon Skye!. Skye is an accomplished singer and many of you have probably seen her live or on TV performing at her late father’s, Dr. Wayne Dyer, lectures!
